GBW- Week After the 4th

Every year for the last 55 years my maternal grandmothers family has gotten together for a week long reunion in Mexico Beach, Fl. (several years the location changed but mostly MB). Their are only about 17 of us now that stay close together, here are some fun pictures of GBW (Griffin Beach Week).

All Fuller's love to Scallop in Port St. Joe Bay, marry one of us and we will teach you how, so that you too can love to scallop. Here is Rodney becoming a Fuller, his first scalloping trip in PSJ bay on PopPops boat. Much to eveyones delight my cuz David brought his sweet Maggie to GBW. She too got to experience the rite of passage of Scalloping with the Fuller's.

Goal for Summer, head under water

Our goal for the summer is to get Rodney to put his head under the water, willingly. These goggles were a first try. They stayed pretty dry.

Fairhope/Daddy's Birthday

Lizzy's favorite thing to do is shake her head no, we call it "Crazy Baby".

Rodney loved the slide at the pool at the Grand Hotel, he did it with Daddy, Mom and Granddad. The water at the bottom was cold, so cold Mommy and Granddad could only slide down once.

Baby Wheeler has arrived!!!

My friend Erin had her little boy, Wheeler Sheffield Blitch weighing 6 lbs 6 oz and 19.5 inches long. It's been a long two and a half days, but he is beautiful.
